It's Time to Act on Solar
The Maine Legislature will vote this week on a comprehensive solar bill (LD 1711). This bill would create more than 550 jobs, lower barriers for commercial, municipal, and residential customers to invest in solar energy, and lower energy costs for all Mainers. Please take action and urge your legislators to support solar energy, by voting in support of LD 1711.

Maine is poised to take its most substantial action on climate change in over a decade by passing legislation to update our state’s climate action plan (last updated in 2004) and create Governor Mills’ climate council.
