Once again NRCM supporter David Silva of Holden, Maine, shares his beautiful photos of Common Loons on Davis Pond in Holden. The second photo here, he says, “…is a bucket list item.” The loon is eating a white perch. What a lucky catch (for both the photographer AND the loon)!
