Holding polluting corporations accountable through systemic changes in state policy is the key to creating a more healthy, prosperous, sustainable future for us all. We cannot win on these issues without activists like you. That’s why on Thursday, February 12th, from 9 – 11 AM, we will be holding a Waste State House Lobby Day.
We’ll provide a short training course followed by individual guidance in the State House for you to meet with and speak to your legislators on active bills. No prior experience is necessary to participate.
Schedule
- 9:00 AM: Meet at the Cross Cafe for coffee, introductions, overview, and training
- 9:30 AM: Head to the State House
- 9:40 AM: Find and speak with legislators in the State House
- 10:55 AM: Report back and discuss any next steps
