Favorite Ice Cream Flavor: Most anything from Ben & Jerry’s, but if I must pick one it is One Love ✌️

My favorite ways to enjoy Maine: Hiking, birding, gardening, hanging at Reid State with my family. Maine has too much to offer to pick just one thing.

Favorite quote: “Every day think as you wake up, today I am fortunate to be alive, I have a precious human life, I am not going to waste it.” —Dalai Lama

Why I Do This Work

"I believe HR plays a vital role in building workplaces where people feel respected, supported, and treated fairly. I see HR not just as a function, but as a responsibility to advocate for staff, foster transparency, and build equity throughout the organization. A key part of my approach is creating psychological safety, where individuals feel empowered to speak up, take risks, and bring their full selves to work. Supporting those who work to protect Maine’s environment gives deeper purpose to my work. When employees thrive, the mission thrives. My role is to help create the conditions for both."
