Aveda Institute once again hosts their annual "Trashion" Show at their school at 43 Bridge St, Augusta, at 2:00 p.m. Funds raised support NRCM's work to protect Maine's environment. Students and staff create incredible fashions made from recycled materials for this annual event. We hope you'll join us! $5 admission at the door.

Free the River Paddle-in
Saturday, May 10, Camden
Join NRCM, Megunticook Riverkeeper, and local partners for a community paddle and rally to support the removal of the Montgomery Dam on the Megunticook River. This is a family-friendly, educational event to celebrate healthy rivers, clean water, and thriving wildlife — and to call attention to the upcoming town vote on restoring a free-flowing Megunticook. Rain date is Sunday, May 11.
