This week we are happy to once again feature a photo by frequent My Maine This Week photographer and longtime NRCM member Linda Woods of Waterville, Maine.
Linda writes, “Sanders Hill in Rome is part of the Kennebec Highlands Public Reserved Land and managed by 7 Lakes Alliance in Belgrade. The time to go is in the spring when the water is flowing. Having the trees all frosted from a recent snow made for an enchanted experience. It’s a three-mile moderate loop through granite slabs and boulders. Although it does not have much of a view, it is a delightful hike.”
