Frances plays a critical role in helping lead NRCM’s efforts to conserve Maine’s woods, waters, and wildlife. She advocates before the Legislature and state agencies, builds support among the public on policy issues, and collaborates with coalition partners and the Wabanaki Nations. She develops and utilizes technical expertise related to land use planning, forestry, land and water conservation, and fisheries and wildlife management to promote outcomes that benefit fish, wildlife, and people.
