Senior Director of Finance & Operations
Stacy leads NRCM’s Finance & Operations department and is responsible for the organization’s business integrity. She oversees day-to-day operations as well as budgeting, financial forecasting, and long-term financial planning, ensuring state and federal compliance. She also manages NRCM’s physical infrastructure and ensures NRCM meets state and federal compliance with nonprofit administrative functions and federal reporting. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, Stacy helps shape organizational policies. She holds a degree in management/accounting from Husson University. Before coming to NRCM, she spent 26 years in the nonprofit mental health field, where she directed accounting, human resources, IT, and facilities management. She lives in Washington, Maine, with her husband, not far from their adult daughter.
