Senior Advocate for Climate & Clean Energy
Rebecca provides policy research and advocacy support primarily for the Climate & Clean Energy program. She represents NRCM at the Public Utilities Commission, Efficiency Maine Trust, Maine Legislature, working groups, coalition meetings, and other forums. Where her expertise is required, she provides written testimony, conducts analysis, attends public hearings, and otherwise works to advance NRCM’s clean energy work. Rebecca brought with her more than 15 years of experience in climate, air quality, and electric utility policy, most recently working with US EPA in its Office of Air and Radiation, and building capacity to reduce emissions in China. She holds a master’s in environmental science from the Yale School of Forestry. Rebecca first moved to Maine in 2007 and lives in Phippsburg with her family.
