Laura ensures the accuracy and integrity of the organization’s financial records and supports compliance with financial regulations at all levels. She plays a key role in informing financial decision-making and maintaining strong fiscal oversight. She produces reports as requested by staff and assists with budget planning and tracking. Laura has more than 25 years of experience in her field. Prior to joining the NRCM team, Laura worked with the farming community at a local John Deere dealership, where she managed office operations and oversaw the accounting department. She holds a degree in business management. Laura lives in Fairfield with her husband and their German Shepherd, Zep, and has three grown children.
