Outreach and campaigns senior manager
Josh helps advance NRCM’s advocacy, organizing, and public engagement work by managing outreach plans and supporting issue and advocacy campaigns. Building relationships with members, activists, partners, and community members is essential to his work mobilizing people across Maine in support of NRCM’s mission. He places special focus on inclusivity translating campaign goals into actionable outreach strategies, managing projects and events, supporting activist engagement, and helping develop and strengthen NRCM’s relationships with people and communities across Maine. Josh was appointed by the Governor to the Maine Climate Council Transportation Working Group and serves as Vice Chair of the Public Transit Advisory Council. Born and raised in West Gardiner, Josh is a Bates College graduate and lives in Portland, where he enjoys Maine’s outdoors, small businesses, and time with friends.
