Membership & Partnerships Manager
Ella plans and oversees all aspects of NRCM’s membership program. She serves as point of contact on member-initiated cause-marketing and peer-to-peer fundraising efforts. Working closely with the Communications and Advocacy teams, she fosters connections and builds relationships to maximize engagement with NRCM’s members. Before coming to NRCM, Ella served as the Director of Special Initiatives at the Natural Resources Defense Council in Los Angeles. Ella has been on the frontlines with water protectors at Standing Rock, individuals fighting neighborhood oil drilling in Los Angeles, and with the Porter Ranch community poisoned by So Cal Gas Company during the largest methane gas leak in US history. She is a longstanding volunteer with the Wabanaki Alliance and serves on the Board of Directors of JustME for JustUS, which is dedicated to rural youth climate organizing. Ella relocated from Los Angeles to Midcoast Maine with her husband, a multi-generational Mainer.
