Carrie Bolduc

Human Resources Manager
Carrie is responsible for all aspects of human resources, from employment policy and compliance to staff engagement and fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture. She leads on recruitment, onboarding, labor relations, and professional development. Her purview also includes payroll and benefits administration. Carrie came to NRCM with more than two decades of professional HR experience, including many years in a law firm setting. Carrie serves on the board of the Central Maine Human Resources Association. She leads with kindness and respect and has brought this same philosophy with her. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and holds several HR certifications. She lives with her spouse in Androscoggin County.

“I believe HR plays a vital role in building workplaces where people feel respected, supported, and treated fairly. I see HR not just as a function, but as a responsibility to advocate for staff, foster transparency, and build equity throughout the organization. A key part of my approach is creating psychological safety, where individuals feel empowered to speak up, take risks, and bring their full selves to work. Supporting those who work to protect Maine’s environment gives deeper purpose to my work. When employees thrive, the mission thrives. My role is to help create the conditions for both.”
