Saddleback Ridge Wind Project

Number of turbines: 12-19 (2 MW turbines)
Generation: up to 106 million kilowatt hours of electric generation per year
Equivalent number of homes supplied per year: about 16,700


A 196-foot meteorological tower installed on-site has been collecting wind data since October 2008. Environmental studies are underway, and the permitting process will begin in late 2009.
